Master Services Agreement (MSA) Summary
- Parties
This agreement is between the client (“You” or “Client”) and Clean Slate Consulting LLC (“Consultant”), which includes its VIP division, Ivory Crest Consulting.
- Engagement
Consultant agrees to provide business development, coaching, and strategy services as outlined in the client’s selected package or signed proposal.
- Deliverables
Consultant will deliver specific plans, sessions, and reports outlined per package level. Deliverables are deemed accepted unless revisions are requested within 5 business days.
- Independent Contractor Relationship
Consultant operates as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of the client.
- Liability Limitation
Consultant’s total liability for any claim arising under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service.
- Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia
