  • Rescheduling: Please provide 48 hours’ notice.
  • Refunds: Strategy time and digital deliverables are non-refundable. If we have not begun work, payments may be refunded minus processing fees.
  • Transfer: You may transfer unused time/credit to another date or package within 90 days.
  • Travel: For onsite work, client covers travel and lodging at cost.
  • Confidentiality: All engagements are confidential under our Master Services Agreement.

Terms of Service (Summary)

By purchasing a consulting or coaching package through Clean Slate Consulting or Ivory Crest VIP Consulting, you agree to the following:

  1. Scope of Services
    Services are customized to your business goals as outlined in the chosen package or proposal. Additional work outside the original scope may require a new agreement or separate invoice.
  2. Payments
    Payment must be made in full (or first installment, if applicable) before work begins. All payments are processed securely through Square.
  3. Refunds
    Consulting, coaching, and strategic planning services are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before the kickoff call, a refund minus processing fees may be issued.
  4. Scheduling
    Clients are responsible for booking and attending all sessions on time. Missed or rescheduled sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture.
  5. Confidentiality
    All client information, strategies, and materials shared during sessions are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent.
  6. Results Disclaimer
    While Clean Slate Consulting provides proven frameworks and strategies, success depends on client implementation, consistency, and market factors. No specific financial results are guaranteed.
  7. Intellectual Property
    All materials, templates, and frameworks shared remain the property of Clean Slate Consulting unless otherwise stated. You may use them internally for your business but not resell or redistribute them.
  8. Termination
    Either party may terminate services in writing. Completed work and time spent up to the termination date remain billable.
